You can use our on-line booking service to have an appointment scheduled to suit you and we will contact you to confirm the arrangement.
If you have a working internet connection then we may be able to help you remotely - We can connect to your computer with ours and complete repairs without having to visit or disrupt your routine.

The vast majority of our computer repairs are carried out onsite and we can arrange appointments very quickly for a time to suit you. Should this not be feasible we can arrange free pickup and delivery
We also offer Remote PC Repairs where we connect securely to your computer from ours and repair your problem. Obviously you need a working internet connection for this to work.

Most of our repairs are completed on-site at the first visit. If we need to do more in depth repairs these are usually within three days, generally much sooner, so you can be assured of our best attention at all times. Our repairs are carried out effectively and efficiently so that your computer or laptop is back to full health as soon as possible.

We also offer the facility to dispose of your unwanted PCs free of charge. Call us and we will collect at a time convenient to suit you. Under European Law all electrical equipment must be disposed of correctly. We are happy to do this on your behalf - Don't just dump it, give it to us to deal with for you.

Tornado PC is a small local business for individual home computer users, predominantly in the Bradford, Halifax, Leeds, Calderdale and Yorkshire areas. We understand most people work so cater for 'Out of Office Hours' to suit you. We will endeavour to diagnose and fix hardware or software problems with your desktop computer or laptop either at your home or at our workshop quickly to minimise disruption to you.
We are courteous and, above all, realistic about our prices.We're not the cheapest but we do quality work. If your problem can't be fixed quickly and cheaply, we will tell you. After all, you don't want to spend a fortune on a problem if you don't need to.
